We hope every customer is happy with their purchase but if items are not as expected or you simply change your mind and need to return an item, in most cases we accept returns and offer full refunds.

When we offer a refund

As an Online business based in the United Kingdom our customers have the right to cancel for a limited time even if the goods aren’t faulty. We offer a refund to customers if they return goods within 14 days of receiving them. We then process the refund for the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. You don’t have to provide a reason for returning an item within this time frame, but your feedback and comments may be helpful for us. We offer a full refund if an item is faulty, not as described or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to.

When we don’t have to offer a refund

We do not offer a refund for personalised items and custom-made items unless they’re faulty. We will not accept returns of any items that have been worn and/or labels removed. Items that are damaged in any way or have been handled in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. The original packaging must be returned complete, undamaged and unmarked.

Proof of purchase

To enable us to process a refund we simply require you to enclose with the return details of your order – delivery name & address, order number, sale date and a contact telephone number so we can trace your original order. We may ask the customer for further details to help proof that they bought an item from us and when.

Who pays for returning the goods?

If you want to return goods we ask that the customer pays for the return postage. However we will refund any original delivery cost charged and not make any further charges, such as a restocking charge or an administration charge. In all circumstances, we will only pay reasonable costs for the return of goods that are faulty or do not comply with the sales contract.

In the UK we would recommend using Royal Mail “Signed for” or “special Delivery” which give the extra peace of mind you get from proof of delivery with a signature. Most international postal services have equivalent options.
